Returns

• Returns are eligible for store credit only and are only accepted due to damages or defects. Damages/defects to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment with the original tags still in place. Note: We inspect all items prior to delivery.
• Orders are eligible for return if they are shipped back & received by Blessed Bayou Boutique within 10 days of the purchase date with receipt and original tags attached. 
• No returns on accessories, jewelry, purses, or home goods.
• No returns on sale merchandise. 
• No returns on holiday items. 
• No returns on bodysuits or swimwear.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Blessed Bayou Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or tampered packages.

*If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
